Jeff Pounds, a native of Petaluma, California serves as a Financial Advisor with Pyle Financial Services. He joins the team after serving Coastal Carolina University for 22years, as an Assistant Athletics Director overseeing and leading their Medical team. In addition, Jeff started his own Financial Services practice several years ago, after developing a passion for assisting families with their personal finances. The merger of two disciplines, finance and health, along with his deep roots along the Grand Strand, gives Jeff the unique experience to dive deeper into a client’s purpose for their wealth.
Jeff earned his master's degree from West Virginia University in 1998 and a bachelor's degree from Sacramento State University in 1996. He played collegiate baseball at Santa Rosa Junior College for two years.
Jeff and his wife, Cara, have a son, David, and a daughter, Maggie and reside in Myrtle Beach. They love to travel and experience the “joys” of life, through the eyes of their kids!
